Here is a flower cake we created. We called it a summer tea cake cause, well, it's summer and it's just a pretty cake to have with some friends and some tea. All the flowers are made of fondant. The lilac is made up of small pedal flowers that we individually made. Everything is edible! The cake itself is a devil's food cake with a buttercream layer and icing.
